Reservations are not required, but we highly recommend them to ensure availability—especially during busy times.

Rental Day Guidelines

• Rental bikes are available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• You can pick up your bike anytime after 9:00 AM and must return it by 5:00 PM the same day.

• In some cases, we may allow bikes to be picked up at 5:00 PM the evening before your rental. This is subject to availability, additional fees, and must be arranged in person (not in advance).

• Morning returns are not allowed.

Deposit Policy

• A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.

• Your card will not be charged until you pick up your bike. However, you may be charged a late cancellation fee if you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your first day.

• We may contact you for additional information after your reservation is submitted.

What’s Included

Every rental includes the following at no extra charge:

• Helmet

• Pedal choice (Flat, SPD, Time, or Crank Brothers)

• Flat repair kit

Local trail maps are also available for purchase.
